Invoices must be settled within the specified time frame as indicated on the invoice.

Delayed payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until payment is received.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks, service marks, logos, and proprietary content, are owned by Firelax Fire Protection Experts and may not be used without prior written consent.

Termination

Force Majeure

Firelax Fire Protection Experts will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.

Upon receipt of payment, the services will be considered fully rendered, and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be considered closed. Any future engagements or requests will be governed by a new agreement, ensuring continued excellence in our service.
